Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PromptGalaxi (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

PromptGalaxi is a marketplace for AI prompts. The Platform enables: • Buyers: Discover and purchase AI prompts for ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Claude, and other AI tools. • Sellers: List, price, and sell original AI prompts and earn from each purchase. PromptGalaxi is a marketplace platform. We are not the author of third-party prompt listings and are not responsible for the accuracy or effectiveness of individual prompts.

By listing prompts on PromptGalaxi, sellers agree to: • Only list prompts they own or have the right to sell • Provide accurate titles, descriptions, and categories • Not list prompts that infringe intellectual property rights, are illegal, or violate platform policies • Maintain their listings and update descriptions if prompts become outdated Seller earnings from each sale are credited according to our pricing and wallet rules. Payouts are processed above any minimum threshold we publish.

Buyers purchase a license to use prompts for personal or commercial use as specified in each listing. Unless otherwise stated, the license is: • Non-exclusive: Others may also purchase the same prompt • Personal or business use: For use in your own AI tools and projects • Non-transferable: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense prompts you purchase Refunds are available for prompts that materially fail to perform as described. Contact support@promptgalaxi.com within 7 days of purchase.

Sellers may access enhanced features on paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period. Refunds: No refunds for partial periods except as required by law. Buyer purchases: Individual prompt purchases are processed immediately and are non-refundable except where the prompt materially fails to perform as described.

Users must not: • List or purchase prompts for illegal purposes • Generate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content using purchased prompts • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute prompt content in bulk • Scrape or harvest platform data without authorization • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or policies • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Sellers: You retain ownership of your prompts. By listing on PromptGalaxi, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and market your listing on the platform. Buyers: You receive a license to use purchased prompts as described in the listing. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying prompt. Platform: PromptGalaxi's software, brand, and design are protected by intellectual property law. No unauthorized reproduction.

Prompts must not be designed to generate or facilitate: illegal content, content that violates the terms of service of the target AI platform, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates applicable law.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant: that prompts will produce specific results in any AI tool, accuracy of AI-generated outputs using our prompts, or uninterrupted platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptGalaxi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid or received in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or harmful conduct. Upon termination, sold prompts remain accessible to buyers under their license.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. EU consumers may use the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
